US supports Ecuador crackdown on drug trafficking

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held talks with Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso on Tuesday.
The meeting was aimed at discussing counter-narcotics operations and regional security.
As Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports from Quito, Blinken reinforced Washington's support for Ecuador's crackdown on drug trafficking.
