Indra Nooyi: 'Women represent an awesome talent pool'

As CEO for PepsiCo, Indra Nooyi championed sustainability, health and women in the workplace.

She is one of the most recognisable faces in business, and is regularly voted among the most powerful female voices in her industry.

She spoke to Sky's Ian King about why she never asked for a pay rise and about the challenges she faced as one of just eleven female CEOs in the Fortune 500 when she started.
