As the family feud happening within Rogers continues to garner Canada's attention, it's now causing concerns in the business world on how the company is being really governed.

The squabble, which is being called Canada's 'Succession' come to life, started when Edward Rogers - son of the company's late founder Ted Rogers - was ousted from the executive board last week after current CEO Joe Natale discovered a plan to unseat him, reportedly via pocket dial.

Rogers has now created his own board of directors, while other family members continue to back Natale.

As Anne Gaviola explains, the telecom giant's corporate drama is spooking investors, depressing stocks, and potentially threatening a big business deal with Shaw.
