Teen Swimmer Wins State Title After Recovering From Shark Attack

Lucy Art worried that she’d never competitively swim again after she was attacked by a shark while on vacation in March 2021. Now she’s won the Wisconsin state 50 free title after 20 months of hard work and determination.
