Cuba will successfully address its energy shortage from lack of fuel and trade embargo through technological cooperation with China, as it has already made good progress in this regard, said Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel in an interview with CGTN. He noted that as Cuba lacks oil and other fuel, it places high hopes on clean energy.
