The family of Jordan Neely, the 30-year-old Black man who died after he was put in a chokehold on a New York City subway train, will hold a press conference at 11:00 a.m. EST.

Earlier this morning, Daniel Penny, the Marine veteran who held Neely in the fatal chokehold, turned himself into authorities on a manslaughter charge that could send him to prison for 15 years.
