Taco Tuesday trademark battle heats up

(17 May 2023) Declaring a mission to liberate “Taco Tuesday” for all, Taco Bell is asking U.S. regulators to force Wyoming-based Taco John’s to abandon its longstanding claim to the trademark. Taco John's says it's owned "Taco Tuesday" for decades, and it's not giving up. (May 17)
