Royal College of Nurses boss Pat Cullen accuses the government of 'not engaging' with the nurses' union over pay and conditions.

Ms Cullen said that Sajid Javid MP was the last Health Secretary that she had spoken to about securing a "fair and decent" pay rise of 5%, but had been unable to speak to any other minister since.
