South Korean investigators have raided police offices across Seoul as part of a probe into the emergency response before and during the deadly Halloween crowd crush on October 29, 2022. A woman who reportedly made the first emergency call, nearly four hours before the tragedy struck in the capital’s Itaewon entertainment district, says she is angry about the way police reacted.
