The Biden administration has green-lighted a vast drilling plan in Alaska. This comes despite his campaign pledge to cease new oil projects in the state. The Willow plan has created widespread outrage for many environmentalists call it "a carbon bomb" that will increase climate change. FRANCE 24's Solange Mougin tells us more.
