Unions vow to continue ‘unlimited’ strikes against pension reform • FRANCE 24 English

Unions claimed some 3.5 million people took to the streets across France Tuesday to protest against plans to raise the retirement age from 62 up to 64 amid nationwide strikes. The strikes are set to continue Wednesday and beyond as unions vowed not to back down until French president Emmanuel Macron scraps the controversial reform plans.
