Russian forces appear to have the upper hand in the battle for Bakhmut, Ukraine after pushing to capture the eastern city for the past two months.
The defence against the Kremlin’s invasion is also bleeding the Ukrainian economy, as it’s estimated the country needs tens of billions of dollars in financial support.
