CGTN anchor Xu Qinduo traveled from Beijing to the Ukrainian capital Kyiv upon the one-year anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. On the train through western Ukraine, he met a Ukrainian woman named Tanya who told him how the crisis had caused separation within her family and a rift with her parents.
