Drone footage appears to show a group of swimmers chasing a pod of wild dolphins off the coast of Hawaii.

Officials say they have referred 33 people to US law enforcement for "aggressively pursuing, corralling and harassing" the pod.

It is against federal law to swim within 45m of spinner dolphins as they are nocturnal and rest during the day.
