Russia-Ukraine conflict: Trudeau says "highly specialized equipment" to be sent to Ukraine | FULL

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that Canada will be sending "highly specialized equipment" to Ukraine during a news conference in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday.

Among the equipment, Canada will send drone cameras to Ukraine in the new shipment of aid for surveillance.

Alongside German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Trudeau also said that Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accepted his invitation to address the Canadian parliament via video link.

Trudeau is in Berlin on a cross-Europe trip to discuss the situation in Ukraine with other world leaders.

Trudeau also announced that Canada has renewed the G7 Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) to help fight disinformation.
