As protests decrying anti-Black racism swept North America in 2020, Canadian businesses pledged to do more to stamp out systemic racism in the workplace.
More than 450 CEOs signed the BlackNorth pledge against anti-Black racism, taking aim at unconscious bias and committing to the creation of truly diverse teams.
