New Zealand Rugby to sell stake to U.S. investor

New Zealand Rugby (NZR) said it had agreed to sell a minority stake in NZR's commercial business to U.S. private equity firm Silver Lake for $133.54 million. The deal values NZ Rugby's commercial assets at over $2.3 billion.
