British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is set to outline the government's plan for lifting remaining COVID-19 restrictions and how the country will move forward to live with the virus.

Among the changes, announced earlier by Johnson to the House of Commons, was ending the requirement for people in England to self-isolate if they receive a positive COVID-19 test.

Johnson will be joined Monday by chief medical officer Chris Whitty and chief scientific adviser Patrick Vallance.
