Russian invasion of Ukraine could start 'in coming days', warns Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Saturday there were "continued signs of a Russian escalation" at the country's border with Ukraine.

Speaking after he met acting Fijian Prime Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum as part of his Indo-Pacific tour, Blinken added that new Russian forces were arriving at Ukraine's borders.

Blinken described the situation as a "pivotal moment" for President Putin to choose diplomacy over conflict.
