The Prime Minister has a week to complete a police questionnaire regarding allegations of parties at No 10 during lockdown.

The form will be legally recognised as the equivalent of a formal police interview.

Boris Johnson and 50 members of staff have been given the questions after the Met Police decided to open an investigation as a result of the findings of the Sue Gray report.
