Members of the Ukrainian delegation are welcomed by Turkish representatives at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul for the new round of talks with Russia. The negotiators are meeting for their first face-to-face talks in weeks. The talks come after President Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv negotiators are considering a Russian request for Ukrainian neutrality.
