Rwanda Electric Motors Ltd converts motorcycles to run on electricity in a bid to reduce air pollution in the capital Kigali. The project is part of an ambitious push by Rwanda's government to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 16 percent by 2030 and a further 38 percent over the following decade.
