Deputy prime minister Dominic Raab has defended a photo of prime minister Boris Johnson with wine and cheese alongside his wife Carrie and up to 17 staff in the Downing Street garden during lockdown, saying that 'under the pressures of the week, they would sometimes have a drink.'
