Canadian senior finally gets $12K credit card refund after calling Global News

Many consumers have trouble making their minimum credit card payments at this time of year, especially in January when the holiday bills roll in.

But what happens when a credit card company owes you money after an accidental overpay? An Ontario senior who overpaid his Capitol One card found out that getting your money back isn't an easy task.

After calling Global News, the man got his $12,000 back and Sean O'Shea tells us more about what happened.
