Holmes retrial unlikely and appeal difficult, legal expert says

A U.S. jury found Theranos' Elizabeth Holmes guilty of defrauding investors in the blood testing startup. Legal expert Carrie Cohen said the split verdict indicated that jurors had taken their duty seriously and considered the evidence carefully.
