Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky calls on the West to avoid creating 'panic' in the face of a Russian troop buildup on his country's border. His plea comes just after a phone call between French President Emmanuel Macron and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, during which the leaders confirmed there was appetite for more negotiations to de-escalate ratcheting tensions. Russia denies any plans to invade but has demanded wide-ranging security guarantees from the West, including that Ukraine never be allowed to join NATO.
