A long-awaited report by senior civil servant Sue Gray into parties held at the UK prime minister’s office during COVID lockdowns talked of a “serious failure of leadership” and behaviour “difficult to justify”.
Boris Johnson has faced a huge backlash since reports emerged of habitual rule-breaking at 10 Downing Street.
