British Prime Minister Boris Johnson arrives in a car at Mariinskyi Palace Kyiv and is greeted by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Before leaving for Ukraine, Johnson vowed to "uphold Ukraine's sovereignty in the face of those who seek to destroy it", as tens of thousands of Russian troops are massed on the Ukrainian border.
