Speaking at a ministers meeting in Oslo, Norway, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg reiterates that "NATO's door is open" to Ukraine, "when the time is right". Alongside Stoltenberg, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken hails the US-led defence alliance's "extraordinary unity" in the aftermath of the Russian invasion as a "principal reason" for Ukraine's success.
