Amnesty International says Russian forces must face justice for war crimes • FRANCE 24 English

Amnesty International said on Friday (May 6) there was compelling evidence that Russian troops had committed war crimes, including extrajudicial executions of civilians, when they occupied an area outside Ukraine's capital in February and March. FRANCE 24's Douglas Herbet tells us more.
