The court struggled to contain laughter as they listened to the pre-recorded testimony of Alejandro Romero, who worked at the apartment building in Los Angeles where Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had previously lived together.

Romero expressed frustration at the trial and started driving while being questioned. Elaine Bredehoft, Amber Heard’s lawyer, described the testimony as “the most bizarre deposition”.
