More than 30 people have been killed and over 100 wounded after two Russian rockets struck Kramatorsk railway station in east Ukraine. The Donetsk governor, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said thousands of civilians were at the station trying to evacuate to safer areas of Ukraine when it was hit
