Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng on Wednesday said the central government supports the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) in keeping a free and open business environment. He urged the HKSAR to make greater contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Han made the remarks while addressing the seventh Belt and Road Summit, which opened the same day in Hong Kong.
