EU parliament holds minute's silence for Queen Elizabeth II in Strasbourg

The European Parliament in Strasbourg holds a minute of silence in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II as they open their plenary session. Parliament speaker Roberta Metsola leads the tribute by saying: "Few have shaped global history like Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and her words on European unity spoken in this European Parliament in 1992 still resonate today."
