With the theme "The Path to a Multipolar World," the Seventh Eastern Economic Forum kicked off on Monday in Russia's eastern city of Vladivostok, with participants from more than 60 countries and regions attending. What were some of the highlights of President Putin's speech at this forum? What are the challenges still ahead for the development of the region? And how will Russia's ties with the West evolve? For this edition of Dialogue, we have Andy Mok, a senior research fellow at the Center for China and Globalization; Mark Sleboda, Moscow-based international affairs and security analyst; and Robert Kelly, a professor from the Department of Political Science at Pusan National University.
