Train hygiene workers in Beijing braved the sweltering heat to ensure a smooth ride for passengers during the peak summer travel season. The team of five workers only had 90 minutes to get the job done, as temperatures reached a scorching 39 degrees Celsius (102° F) on August 5, 2022. The team is responsible for cleaning the 500-metre (1,640ft) train that runs from Beijing West Railway Station to Chongqing North Railway Station.
