Breaking news - Last mourner in queue files past Queen Elizabeth II's coffin as lying in state closes.

The final mourner to see the lying in state of Queen Elizabeth II said it was such an honour that she went through twice.

Christina Heerey said she initially queued up at 5.15pm, and saw the late Queen's coffin first at 1.15am, but then said: "I needed to go through again."

Speaking after filing through Westminster Hall, Ms Heerey - who said she was a serving member of the RAF - told The Telegraph the experience had been "so amazing".

She added: "So I've just obviously come through last of all, then and I just felt very proud that I was there and I'm just honoured, very honoured, that I was given the privilege to be able to go through again and obviously be the last person."

On the final day, Westminster Hall was attended by dozens of foreign leaders and royals who have arrived in London ahead of the state funeral, which starts at 11am.
