At least 18 killed in Odesa region after Kyiv retakes island • FRANCE 24 English

Russia rained missiles down near Ukraine's Black Sea port of Odesa on July 1, Ukrainian officials said, hitting an apartment building and a resort and killing at least 18 people. Russia denied the accusation. France 24 Luke Shrago reports.
