India has tightened security in Indian-administered Kashmir for a pilgrimage that has resumed after two years.
Officials say it's to protect hundreds of thousands of Hindus who are expected to attend.
But critics say the government is trying to politicise a sacred event.
It's the first time the event is being held since India stripped the region of its special status in 2019.
