Landslide nearly crushes car in southwestern China

A car travelling along a mountain highway tunnel in China had a close call when a landslide narrowly missed crushing the vehicle on July 5, 2022. The landslip happened in China’s southwestern Sichuan province, where debris and mud completely blocked the Wenchuan-Maerkang Highway, which was closed off as a result. No casualties were reported.
