Guests in this edition of Dialogue are Laura Carlsen, director of the Americas Program for the Center of International Policy in Mexico City; Maricruz Magowan, vice president of the National Economists Club; Charles Tang, vhairman of Brazil-China Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Professor Jiang Shixue from Shanghai University.
