Biden expected to call for 3-month suspension of gas tax amid skyrocketing prices at the pump | LIVE

U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to deliver a speech on gas and diesel prices on Wednesday, and will call on Congress to suspend federal taxes on both forms of fuel for three months in an effort to ease financial pressures at the pump.

The president will also call on states to suspend their own gas taxes, or provide similar relief, the White House said.
