Florida school gunman Nikolas Cruz appears in court for his sentencing trial and could face the death penalty or life in prison. Cruz pleaded guilty last October to 17 counts of murder and 17 counts of attempted murder in the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
